When I first registered with MANCOSA, I was impressed by how responsive and communicative they were. I felt well supported throughout the registration process, which gave me confidence in choosing them as my institution. However, that level of communication disappeared once I was enrolled. I recently overpaid my student fees by R4000 — paying the full pre-credit amount instead of the reduced amount due. I submitted all the required documents to refunds@mancosa.co.za, including my fee statement, proof of payment, and banking confirmation details, and I have been waiting for any response or acknowledgement that my refund request is being processed. The silence has been deeply disappointing. A R4000 overpayment is not a small amount for a student, and at the very least, I expect a confirmation of receipt of my documents and a timeline for resolution. I hope MANCOSA takes this feedback seriously and improves its post-registration communication. Students deserve the same attention and care throughout their entire journey — not just during sign-up.
