I purchased a vehicle from Select on Cedar, and within six months, a critical component failed. The dealership sold me a warranty for the vehicle, but when I submitted a claim, it was declined due to modifications that were already present when I purchased the car. I addressed the matter with them multiple times, engaging in extensive back-and-forth communication. Instead of assisting, the dealership repeatedly tried to find loopholes to avoid honoring the warranty. Eventually, they outright refused to pay or provide any support. This has been an incredibly frustrating experience. The customer service, transparency, and professionalism were all extremely poor. I will be taking the matter to the Consumer Protection Act (CPA). I strongly caution anyone considering purchasing from this dealership. Verdict: Avoid Select on Cedar. Terrible dealership, terrible experience, and unacceptable customer service.
