Firstly I have not ever experienced the service he has given me from any other dealership, he keeps to his promises and gives you excellent advice about the whole deal, gives you time to think and answers your queries without having to say” I will have to ask someone about that” I am so excited in becoming part of the SMG Toyota Hillcrest family. Can’t understand why people give this company good reviews , the truth is they are the worse. You cannot give things sorted out by them, I had a very simple task they were going to do DE/RE, get three calls from them, each one going through the same thing, then someone calls me, sends me a form to fill in, I complete the form, then I get another call, telling me that I need to fill a form in again. Then I get called without filling in another form to say someone will call me to arrange the removal of my device. Then I get a call asking me what I want to do, do I want to cancel or have a DE/RE complete, By this time I have had enough and so has the dealership, Then a guy calls to ask me what time they can meet me to remove the device from my bakkie, I day 4 pm. Then I get home for 4pm, then I get a call from a lady in Pietermaritzburg to say when must they come to my home to do the installation, Oh my goodness I say, then I wait but they don’t come. What a terrible company to deal with, you people that say they are good, try call them and sort your problems out. Honestly if I could cancel with hem I would and go somewhere else, Buying a new car and having them perform a simple task has become a nightmare
