Unhappy with ON AIR TV Billing. My contract ended in October 2025, yet they are still charging me R239.00 every month. I have written multiple e-mails and telephone calls to end the DebiCheck mandate, so no further debit orders go through. They come back saying that they have requested for the debits to be stopped. Yet the debit orders keep running. They already debited for November, December, January, February and today also March 2026. They refunded November and December, always waiting for one full month. I have still not received January and February 2026 refunds. They always have the excuse for waiting period 14 days to clear and another 14 days to pay. January premium collected on 14 January 2026 is still outstanding, not to mention February 2026. Now March 2026 has been debited today. Nedbank cannot help. In November, I tried to reverse the payment. They charged me R75.00 for this action saying that this is valid for 3 months. Then few days later a forced debit was put through. I wrote to On Air TV advising that they did not cancel the mandate thus more debits have gone through. In my last e-mail followed by telephonic conversation, I advised them that they are *********** as they cannot even sort out this problem, and if the debit order continued, I would put through a complaint on Hellopeter. They assured me that it would be sorted and that I should not go ahead with the complaint. Here we are after 5 months of this struggle, there is no resolution. They are still debiting my account and after all the waiting and delays, not even interest is paid on the arrears. For the first 3 months they used one ticket number, and now after every e-mail or telephone call they issue a new ticket number. Therefore, I am obliged to publish this review today, as I cannot tolerate any more of this nonsense where they are messing up my budget.
