No pride in work and rude

Extremely poor service. Charged me R 1900 to paint a ceiling with mould resistant paint. It was a very sloppy job they messed on the floors and walls and did not place masking tape on the wall to ensure the lines where the ceiling and the wall meets are neat.They also broke a piece of furniture and failed to report it and denies it to this day. He was then very insistent on payment after I told him I am not happy and gave him the opportunity to fix the poor job. He then became very threatening and said he is sick of people not paying. As a single lady and him knowing my address I felt unsafe and just paid him so that he wouldnt come bashing in my door. They spent 2 hours on the job and charged such an exorbant fee. He was extremely rude and unpleasant. He then insisted that the paint was already R 600 rand. When I asked for the slip proving the purchase he simply ignore me. To this day I have no surety that he used the right paint and not just some old paint from his garage. His name is Gavin Holmes. So if you ever hear that name, run for the hills.
