Poor customer support

I’ve made a call and spoke to Alphonzo and the line cut off yet there is no agent that has contacted me back. I don’t get service from your WhatsApp channel either?! This beyond poor service and the fact that you have a technical issue with your system and you failed to inform us as your clients speak volumes on the level of customer care there is within your organisation. I need my funds reflecting in my wallet as soon as possible please
