I purchased a vehicle from At Laas in Paarden Eiland just over a year ago—a Land Rover Discovery 4. Initially, I was quite hesitant, as Land Rover vehicles are well known for potentially high maintenance costs once they are out of a maintenance plan. However, the team provided exceptional service and reassurance from the start, giving me the confidence to go ahead with the purchase. I intentionally held off on writing a review at the time, as I wanted to assess their service delivery during my first scheduled service. I’m pleased to say that after taking my vehicle in last week, every promise made at the point of sale was fully honoured. From the sales process through to the workshop experience, the level of customer service has been outstanding.
