Paid Upfront and Waited a Week With No Service

My experience with Sales Hire has been extremely disappointing. I paid upfront for a septic tank emptying service on 30 April, yet after waiting a full week, the service was still not completed. A septic issue is not something that can simply be ignored for days on end, and the lack of urgency shown was unacceptable. The operations side may exist somewhere in the background, but the administration and communication were effectively non-existent. Getting updates or responses was a struggle, and I constantly had to follow up myself with little to no meaningful feedback. Taking upfront payment and then leaving a customer waiting for days without proper communication or delivery is simply not acceptable service. I eventually had to request cancellation and a refund. Very frustrating experience overall.

Excellent Service When I Really Needed Help

I had an urgent septic tank issue and Waste Secure came through when I was in a real crisis situation. Their service was excellent from start to finish. They were prompt, professional, and kept me updated throughout the day regarding their arrival time, which I really appreciated. It’s rare these days to deal with a company that actually communicates properly and does what they say they will do. The team was friendly, efficient, and handled everything professionally. What was a very stressful situation for me was resolved quickly and smoothly thanks to them. I can highly recommend Waste Secure to anyone needing reliable and professional service.

Excellent Service from Start to Finish – AC Direct

I had a fantastic experience dealing with AC Direct from start to finish. The whole process was smooth and hassle-free, and communication throughout was clear and professional. The installation team arrived exactly on time, were friendly and respectful, and did an excellent job. The workmanship was neat and efficient, and they made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. They also cleaned up properly afterwards, which I really appreciated. It’s not often you get service like this — I can highly recommend AC Direct to anyone looking for a reliable and professional aircon installation.
