Take your own advice

The knife not only looks great but feels excellent in hand. Of course, the true measure of a quality knife is its sharpness and how well it holds its edge. When the set arrived, I found myself explaining to my wife and daughter just how sharp they were—and reminding them to be careful when handling them. Ironically, while demonstrating by slicing a mango, I managed to cut my own finger. Clearly, I didn’t follow my own advice! That said, I absolutely love these knives and would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone in search of top-quality kitchen tools.
