Job half done!

We paid R1800 for a service that was beyond terrible and not completed! As we have been unpacking and moving in, we have started to really notice how much was not cleaned properly, some parts of the house that were not even touched. Below are a list of some of the major issues we found and the pictures of each as attachments to this email: 1. The main bedroom burglar guards were not dusted, this also proves that cleaning the windows in the main room were not even attempted. 2. The main bedroom and the dining room fan was not cleaned at all either. 3. The side of one cupboard in the kitchen was not touched at all. 4. The wall and ceiling scurting in the kitchen were not cleaned and some tiles were not wiped either. 5. The floors were not mopped properly either, I spilled some water on the floor on the first day and used a cloth to wipe it up, the cloth was black after doing so. 6. The lounge blinds were still full of dust. 7. The light switches all over the house were not cleaned properly either, a rub of a finger and the dirt comes off. 8. The oven was really not cleaned properly at all, we used the chemicals supplied by you and some elbow grease and it is now spotless. We scrub a small section of the hob for a few seconds and can see a major difference as shown in one of the attached pictures. 9. There was a ****roache on the floor in the bedroom after Thursday clean and it was still there after Friday's clean. 9. Smear marks can be seen on all doors in the house and dirty marks on the walls throughout the house. You mentioned in person and in writing that the house will be deep cleaned from ceiling to floor and there is visible proof that this was not done. We really were excited to see the finishing results after this very expensive clean and after how much you assured as of the quality of the clean we would be getting, but we are very dissapointed. We feel that the clean we received is something to be expected from one maid at the rate of R185 a day, not from 3 maids at R1800. I feel that if we hired 3 maids privately and paid them each R200, the results may have been alot better than what we received for R1800. We went over budget to have this clean done because we had such a high expectations that unfortunately were not met. We will be paying the remaining R300 today, but in all honestly we feel these funds could have been used in a more beneficial way had we have known the quality of the clean we would receive. There for, in conclusion, we will not being using your services in the future.
