I placed an order with Game4U on 1 April and received no communication for several days. After following up myself, I was told that the item I ordered was actually not in stock — something that should have been communicated upfront. I was then promised a refund, which was supposedly scheduled for Friday last week. Since then, I have called multiple times (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and again this week), and every time I get no real answers and no resolution. The refund has still not been processed. It has now been a significant amount of time since I placed the order, and I am still without either the product or my money. This is completely unacceptable. Poor communication, inaccurate stock information, and failure to issue a refund in a reasonable timeframe. I would strongly advise others to be cautious when ordering from Game4U. Based on my experience, you may end up chasing your own money. I expect this issue to be resolved immediately.
