Cashier by name Shantela on 16 April 2026 at 15:12 refused to scan my extra saver saying i should do it myself without any explanation, yet the scanner is facing her side of the till, i enquired why she didn't want , telling her i can't see the scanner to align with barcode her response was im taller i should be able to see and do it myself. If possible can the scanners be made so that customers have an option to scan by themselves unlike having to go through such nonsense service at the tills.
