I would like to lay a formal complaint against Zinhle Dlamini from Morningside Virgin Active who approached me to sign her up as a client. She visited my office with the incorrect forms for me to complete, after 20 minutes of completing forms I had to point out that the forms were incorrect. I wasted 20 minutes of my time because Zinhle failed to pay attention to my brief to her. To make matters worse she debited my account with the card activation fee BEFORE I had signed any contract, making the transaction unlawful in the absence of a signed contract. She has since been evasive and non-responsive to me emails regarding the reimbursement of the funds. I was happy to join Virgin however I take exception to the process and procedure of signing up members not being followed. I have since been told that it will take 10 days for the funds to be returned to my account which is totally unacceptable to me.<br> <br> Can someone please assist me in this matter urgently as I have been unsuccessful in my efforts so far with Zinhle.<br> <br>
