Blocked account

I opened an account with OM Bank on the 31st March 2026. The main reason for opening the account was to receive my disinvestment from old mutual. Which I did receive on the On the 9th of April 2026. Thank you very much for that. I made a payment of R30 000 to a friend of mine on the 9th of April 2026. The R30 000 was repayment for money he had borrowed me whilst I was waiting for my disinvestment. I learnt from him the following day that his account was blocked. He is under the impression that I reported the payment that I had made to him, which I didn't. On the same day I found out that my account was also blocked. I don't know why. I went to the branch, I was told I should wait for email or call from OM Bank back office. I have called numerous times trying to have the matter resolved, trying to speak to the back office, but they can't be reached over the phone. I have more than 6 times all the while having to hold for the next available consultant. When I was disinvestimg the funds, it was a struggle, I had to send selfies and affidavits for verification. Which I understood, security is a priority. Now I'm struggling to spend the funds because of a blocked account. I don't know what i did wrong. I don't know what's wrong. I don't know what's going on. I'm forced to borrow money again from people because I have medical bills to pay which was the reason I disinveted my funds in the first place.Please help. You will not believe how badly I need the funds. My number is ***. Please help me.

Om bank blocked account
