Public Complaint – Fenwick Boshoff Incorporated I am sharing this so others are aware of the communication practices used by Fenwick Boshoff Incorporated. I recently received an email from them that I found to be unnecessarily aggressive and intimidating in tone. The message included statements about continued calls, SMSs, and emails until payment is made, as well as references implying that even my family could be affected by their contact practices. This kind of communication raises serious concerns about professionalism, privacy, and compliance with South African debt collection regulations. Consumers should not feel pressured or intimidated, nor should there be any suggestion that third parties may be contacted regarding private financial matters. For clarity: I do not consent to any third-party contact, and I expect all communication to remain respectful, lawful, and directed to me only. I hope this serves as a reminder that debt collection must be conducted within the bounds of the law and with respect for individuals.
