I have an account with WebAfrica. I asked them to stop the debit order as I have suspended the account the debit order was coming from. I have paid manually for the past two months with no hassles. Last month somebody decided to reactivate the debit order without checking with me, The debit order was not honored and as I tried to pay manually I was blocked by a message saying they are in the process of debiting the account and there is nothing I need to do. I changed my account details and asked them to allow me to pay manually. For about 4 days I have been trying to pay the account and failed. Thye put through the debit order that took 3 days to do, which came back unpaid due to the bank's fault. They have not penalised me for late payment. I have paid the account manually after being told I am not allowed to by one of the consultants, and after I have paid manually for about two months. Can somebody explain to me what all that was about and please check the trail of messages I have had with your consultants before you respond. Why are you penalizing me?
Whatever you guys are doing to train your staff is the best. I have written a review on this before, but the way I get moved after every call with your staff, I should say this again: Your staff is the best—the most courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. It still surprises me how you are able to provide such customer service when customer service has deteriorated so much in most institutions. I am working on moving all my businesses to your bank cause you give me so much confidence in what you do and what I want to achieve as a customer. WELL DONE GUYS!!!
I was ****med of tenants rental money by Sakhile Siphinya who operates under the guise of an Estate Agent. He uses the name Sakhile Ubomi Properties. I met Sakhile for the first time in late October and he sold me a story of a lady that is looking for a place to rent urgently. Right from the time he started the process, there were red flags from day 1 and unfortunately, as a Black parent, I attributed that to some young Black child that is trying to make it in life and gave him the business and ignored all the red flags. Long story short, Sakhile is a ****mer of note, he took the rental money that the tenant paid him and has since disappeared. When I went to check on him at the address that he gave, I was told that he no longer stays there as there were people coming there every day asking for the money that he took and disappeared. He is apparently on the run from people that he stole money from and he and his business are not even registered with the Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority. So be careful, of this character, he actually is a ****mer of note.
They are such a breath of fresh air. Whoever is training the staff on Customer service is doing a freaking good job, Their staff are just the best all the time. They just never disappoint. Every time I liaise with their staff, I leave with a big smile on my face. Their approach is so polished, professional, and very knowledgeable. Well done guys.
I bought a course and a readymadestore from Sinalo Jongola and although the guy seems to be very knowledgeable about the e-commerce space, I found his attitude very disturbing. To make it worse, the readymadestore had products from one of the worst suppliers to do business with. I am confused by all the good reviews about the suppliers and would appreciate if you could share with me who the suppliers are cause my experience has been the worst ever and at this point I so regret buying the readymade store.
If there were a zero rating, I would give to this company. I also bought a Ready-made store from Sinalo Jongola, which comes with this company's merchandise. I have never in my life experienced such rudeness unprovoked. It looks like the people hate..hate.. hate doing this business which I don't understand why they are doing it anyway. I am approaching them because I was provided the merchandise when I bought the Readymadestore. I also blame Sinalo because why is he loading the store with their products when he knows this is how they treat customers? I cannot even get my store off the ground because I had a lot of questions and could not get answers for them.
I want to give props to checkers Sixty60. I have always been pleasantly surprised by the level of professionalism and efficiency in which transactions are handled. I must say I did not expect that level of efficiency when one considers the experiences one has with some companies. It has been so refreshing to deal with staff that showed respect for your feelings and predicament and acted with so much dignity. Thank you so much. I am trying to sleep but cannot because of what I experienced from what is called a professional law firm. I do not know where to start because the level of incompetence that I have experience from this law firm makes me wonder why is it so popular in some areas or is it people do not know or understand quality service or what a competent legal firm looks like. I bought a house and had to call forever before I could get my title deed. On review of the document, I discovered that my ID was incorrect. I am trying to sell the property and so far when I raised the issue some character by the name of Lynn tells me I have to pay for the id to be corrected( for the mistake they made) as this is what they normally do and get the title deed holder to pay for their mistakes and it looks like that has worked for them. I refused to pay for that and eventually she had to consult someone who said they will pay. The transfer of the property is delayed because now twice the documents were sent back from the Deeds Office because of errors she had committed(and am talking basic things that you'd think she does everyday). The cherry on top is that one of the reasons is that the Title Deed I have is not an original and she is not even ashamed to say she gave me the original. I just do not think she has a conscience anymore the way she operates and talks to people which means for the transfer of my property, the transferring attorneys has to apply for a new Title that I have to pay for. Whether she is even qualified to do this job is a discussion for another day. She well knows that the truth of the matter is they lost my original and gave me a copy. I do not know where this Lynn comes from but I am sure this law firm can do much better than insult my intelligence like that. I am not prepared to pay for a new title deed and will approach the rightful offices to deal with this matter.
Can the owner or Senior Manager of Tracker please contact me. I am tired of your people calling me and not resolving my issue with them using your company resources.
I am so appalled by this law firm and really shocked by their level of unprofessionalism. Not sure why you would register someone's property in 9 days and fail to register another one in two months especially for a property that was sold cash. It has been difficult getting updates from this company and worse they dont feel they owe you that as a client. It was the first time I heard of it and am beyond shocked at how it operates. I will never advise anyone to go anywhere near this company or so called law firm unless f you want to watch your life getting messed up.
