Hi there, For the past 2 years I've been using Woodford car hire. I've never experienced any problems with them until recently with my last 2 previous bookings. I've booked using booking.com then I was billed for extra kilometres driven then I was advised to book under their website of which I did book unlimited km but when i got to the branch I was given 400km vehicle and on my confirmed email it says unlimited. I've showed it to the lady was helping me but she said there's nothing she could do because on their system it says otherwise and she even gave the manager a ring and he said if on the system says 400km then that's what I should get despite what my email says. I had initially secured my booking through booking.com, after which I was charged for exceeding the allotted kilometers. Subsequently, I was advised to make reservations directly via their website, which I did, specifically opting for an unlimited kilometer package. However, upon arrival at the branch, I was provided with a vehicle limited to 400 km, despite my confirmed email clearly indicating an unlimited allowance. I presented this information to the assistant helping me, but she asserted her inability to intervene, stating that their system displayed different information. She even contacted the manager, who reiterated that if the system reflected 400 km, that was the allowance I would receive, irrespective of my email confirmation. Nevertheless, I extend my gratitude to the woman named Mmathapelo for her assistance in correcting/modifying the booking. Regards, Ld Ledwaba
