Network collections overcharging
Loan king handed my R4300 loan to Network collections. They changed me R13 335.45 total - this exceed the legal in duplum limit of R8600 per NCA section 103(5) after I lodged a formal dispute on 22/04/2026 and I called them 7 times, they still Debit from my account while the dispute was unresolved.this violates NCA section 126 B (1) (6)0 replies
