Unhappy customer

So I went to buy hair on the 26th of April double drawn 8”&10” for R3320 @ shop D40and same day it was sewed , I then installed it on the 1st of May but everyday when I brush it comes off badly so today when I un installed it there’s a huge field I then texted them on WhatsApp to tell them I’ve spent a lot of money for their hair and within 2weeks it disappointed me they told me there’s nothing they can do.
