Not bad, but not exceptional either.

The pricing was reasonable compared to other suppliers, and the delivery was completed within the expected timeframe. The quality of the aggregate was acceptable for the project requirements. However, communication could be improved, especially regarding delivery updates and response times to queries. There was also a slight delay during the unloading process which caused some inconvenience on site.
