I am extremely disappointed with the service and product quality from Speedquip (Autoparts Warehouse). I ordered a set of ignition coils for my VW Polo 1.2 TSI (Order #386047), but the experience has been a nightmare. The Issues: Misleading Specs: The website advertises a stem length of 112mm. The coils I received were 120mm.Damage to Vehicle: Because they were the wrong size, a stem became wedged in the spark plug well and was destroyed during the necessary removal. Electrical Failure: One of the coils was defective out of the box, showing clear evidence of arcing and causing severe misfires. Poor Service: My emails were ignored for weeks. When I finally reached them on WhatsApp, they refused a refund, claiming the measurements were on the site—even though the physical parts they sent me do not match those measurements.🚨 Warning to others: They are selling parts that do not match their own advertised specifications and refuse to take responsibility for the error. Desired Outcome: A full refund for the defective and incorrectly sized parts.
