I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding an incident that occurred at your garage in Wynberg. On the day of the incident, I visited your garage and requested R100 worth of petrol, which I paid for in cash. After leaving the garage and driving for approximately 15 minutes, I noticed that my fuel gauge had dropped significantly and showed that my vehicle was almost out of petrol. This made it clear to me that the petrol I paid for had either not been dispensed correctly or not dispensed at all. This situation caused me severe distress and inconvenience. I was left stranded without money and had to make several calls to seek assistance in order to get additional petrol. Due to the circumstances and stress caused by the incident, I was unable to immediately return to the garage. I find this matter extremely concerning and unacceptable. As a paying customer, I expect honesty, professionalism, and proper service. I kindly request that this matter be investigated urgently and that appropriate action be taken regarding the employee involved and the service provided. I would also appreciate feedback regarding the outcome of the investigation and how this matter will be resolved.
