I'm very frustrated with the service I received at Sleepmasters Lambton. On the 22nd of February I went to do a layby and I made two payments that amounted to R1100. I then went again on the 2nd of April to cancel due to financial issues and the manager told me that I won't get my refund because I have to take something worth R1100 of which it was a back and forth because I clearly stated that I want the refund and I know the Tcs and C's state that they'll deduct 1 percent of admin fee then we went ahead with the cancellation and I gave her the documents needed. Till today I still haven't received my money .I've called several times and there was a time whereby she said the refund is in progress. I called again today around 2pm they said the manager went to the toilet I asked to be called back of which they didn't and I tried to call back they didn't answer my call. I called Sleepmasters customer service and spoke to Tshepo Mosi he checked for me on his system and he said there is no cancellation or refund under my name so which means the manager **** to me , her name is Babalwa Qwashu So I'd advice people to not purchase from that shop they have a very bad attitude when it comes to customers
