Bad service at engen car wash

The Garstkloof Engen filling station has a car was that we have now decided to not support in the future. We own 3 motor vehicles my husband and I used to weekly have washed at this filling station car wash. However, when it comes to payment, the cashiers are rude and they do not know the prices for the car wash. We pay a different price everytime we go there. The last encounter, my husband already paid before they enquired what kind of vehicle was being washed. Thereafter they informed him that he has not paid the correct amount. After lots of screaming and yelling the manager was called. Not even the manager knews his prices. He had to go and confirm from the car wash attendants. They confirmed to the manager that my husband paid te correct amount already. Without apologising, he then dissappeared back into the shop. They do not display pricing anywhere. We will nowsupport them ever again. We would now rather travel 20km further and get friendy service
