City of Cape Town Power
I have just been informed by the CoCT power division that my call of last Friday was closed because they couldn't find the address. Today is Wednesday. Why did they not inform me of this problem so that the address can be corrected?? They had my correct phone number. This is poor policies and procedures or non-adherence to same. Peter.0 replies
