I recently had a car write-off claim with Naked Insurance, and despite the stressful circumstances, the experience was handled professionally and efficiently. A special thank you to Nolitha, my claims handler, who consistently provided feedback, communicated clearly, and showed remarkable empathy, patience, and understanding throughout the process. Even during moments of frustration on my side, she remained calm, supportive, and professional.
