Pathetic Service ABSA
Hi Im writing as ABSA contact centre service is pathetic I have been transferred from person to person with the person just keep cutting my calls. Surely they can callback. And as for the pathetic recording that give you an estimate of the call being answered is not even measured correctly. Really shocking service.2 replies
