I initially requested the cancellation of my policy in October 2025, yet as of 28 May 2026, deductions are still being made from my payslip. Despite several follow-ups and being asked to provide my banking details for a refund, no refund has been received and the deductions have not been stopped. Communication throughout this process has been poor, with repeated messages going unanswered. I am extremely disappointed with the level of service received. I entrusted this company with an important matter expecting professionalism and reliability, but instead have experienced delays, lack of communication, and no resolution. To date, the issue remains unresolved. I am still waiting for confirmation that the policy has been cancelled, a timeline for my refund, and written confirmation that all deductions have stopped. This has been a frustrating and unacceptable experience.
