Read online reviews including hellopeter before signing up to this service provider ,it's a **** show and I regret my loyalty to this nonsense....when you cancel they charge you for set up that was said to be free.The lack of service and tech support provided by bots is appalling. You will sit for days trying to resolve issues with their call centre or bot.@Icasa you have to intervene with regulating all of them. The whatsapp bot we are referred to takes an hour to response to 1 question. The operator will lie and say they are logging a fault or escalating when you ask for a reference number, no ref number can be provided.You will wait for an hour holding for support on the call centre number until you run out of patience and airtime, when yoh eventually speak to someone they refer you to the whatsapp chatbot and the call is disconnected. SHUT THIS **** DOWN.To prove that they know they services sucks, they IVR states that calls are recorded and we must be mindful of our P&Q's which means their poor staff take a lot of complaints due to half baked product and Service. Shut this down or shine the spotlight on them.so they can get their **** together
