They didnt pay any long after I app**** on last week Wednesday. 18 /02 Then debited twice from my account on this Friday 28/02 Then they say that I should have stopped the debicheck at the branch, but the branch could.not stop a Debi check
I referred my husband to sign up for discovery bank. While we were signing up online and downloading the app, a discovery bank consultant called as she had seen the online application. My husband told her that he is fine as he will apply on the app. We wanted to use my referral code on the app. She told him that he can only go onto the app after doing an application with her. This was a lie. Because she tried to get the sale, we could not use the referral code. This level of dishonesty from the call centre is disgusting. How can you trust bank call centre stuff with your money when they are so dishonest.
Continously deductions and ******* debits lodged against your bank account stay far away fro. Them pls
Terrible service. Incorrect billing has lead my services to be suspended and I have been trying since 01/10/2021 to recitify. Today is 06/10/2021. No agent is able to assist and no one provides feedback. Yet I will have to pay for all these days without service
