Waste / Surage Management Incompetence

<p>Blocked drain in yard reported 14 Dec'16, phoned numerous occasions visited their offices in Eersterust but to no avail, to date nothing has been done to fix the leaking drain in yard. this was reported to the ward councellour of Eersterust Pretoria, with no success at all.</p> <p>Frasturated about our Governmental department.</p>
