I refer to my first complaint on 03 Dec 2024. Since then, I still have not received the products ordered: Hamiltons DIY Value Trayset 225mm 4.0000 81443922 R 119.00 R 476.00 Communicated with Khetiwe Bila but to date nothing has been done to ensure delivery. Apparently, the product was sent to somewhere in Capet Town instead of JHB. I have not received such bad customer service EVER! Either send my products or please give me a refund!!!!
I bought paint and brushes two weeks ago. The paint was delivered, no brushes were delivered! I've tried calling the number, but stays unavailable. I sent messages to contact@leroymerlin.co.za, and orders@leroymerlin.co.za. I communicated with Khethiwe Bila but the response is just its being investigated! The courier collected it but it was just never delivered to me! Please send the brushes, reply, SOMETHING! COMMUNICATE!
I recently divested my RA but to date I haven't received any communication how far the process is. I've been on secure chat, they gave me an incorrect number, then the incorrect division, then the number disconnects whenever an option is selected. I've asked to be contacted via online but the consultant was very short tempered and didn't listen to what I was explaining, putting me through to yet another number that disconnects. I've contact someone via email, no response. I'm just tired as asking, so I need to complain to get a resolution!
I don't understand if you've known about members withdrawing from their funds, why are you not better prepared!!!! The consultants don't know what to say as IT has not given an outcome since yesterday!!!!! Why was there no alternative way of applying if you knew WhatsApp may crash!!!! The website is soooo difficult to navigate and when you finally get to what you want, it gives an error message!!!!!!EXTREMELY TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!

I recently joined Just Gym in Randfontein and wanted to cancel the contract. The receptionist at the gym said to call the customer service. I sent a reply via the website, but received a reply back that they tried contacting me without success. I tried calling the customer service a few times, with no success. How do I cancel my contract...its a simple enough request! Please assist!
I wanted to do a withdrawal from my tax free savings account. TAT was supposed to be 5-7 days. I received an email on Friday saying I have outstanding docs. I went to the branch but they were also unsure what docs were required, so we ended up filling in two sets of forms, my Id, b/statements ect. Today is day 6!!!! I called the call centre, which kept me hanging on for 8minutes! I spoke to Nozipho, who dropped the call!!!!! I called back and the answering bot said that they're experiencing technical difficulties and cannot assist at this time!!!!! This should not be so difficult to complete! In fact its so simple!!! I have not had difficulties like this before and this is very DISSAPPOINTING!
CLAIM DISASTER! My phone was stolen on the 29th April, todate Vodacom has not resolved the issue. I'm being sent from pillar to post, no one being able to understand what I'm requesting. Its exhausting because I've spoken to multiple people, been to the Vodacom shop over 6times with no success. I'm just exhausted complaining!!!!!!
