15% ******ion on returns
Have bought several items from the store. Needed to return two of them in exchange for another two items in store (mirrors). I was informed that my return (4 days after purchase) would attract a "handling fee" of a whopping 15% of the value of the items I was returning. After much protest as I believe this is ******* according to the CPA the owner/manager reduced it to 5%. Being at the tale end of building a house from scratch I have not experienced this with literally any other establishment. So be warned before you purchase anything here, if you need to return it you will be forced to pay a handling fee of 15% of the value of the items. And they will enforce it. Will not be going back

Liars Use someone else
Worst contractors I had on my new build. Father and son combination of lying thieves! Friendly at first. Horrible attitude, poor workmaship, poor communication. If you buying your floors from a supplier like Global, find another installer and save yourself the headache. Ran away with our money! If you're tempted to use them because of price....reconsider your decision. You will pay a premium later when they run away with your cash. Read other reviews on their facebook page if they haven't deleted them.

No Booking confirmation
I made a booking to stay at Mount Paradiso. Due to some issues the booking slipped my mind. Had I received a call (as most guest houses do) to confirm check-in for the day I would have made it. I received no such call, trying to resolve the matter with a hostile and arrogant owner (Cathy) was not helpful either. I now have forfeit my voucher
