Bad experience on the phone

Today I phoned this hairdressing company in Kloof street for the first time to make an appointment for someone else. After being told the appointment was made but they have to confirm the time and will call me back I said that's fine thank you. A few hours later I called them again to confirm a time however the stylist had not had time to check the book to confirm with me...I understood that however the person who answered advised she would call me back tomorrow to confirm and didn't give me time to talk just slammed the phone down after saying that. I understand we all are busy at work but that's not the way to talk to someone who calls your businesses for the first time....I will definitely not make an appointment for myself there if that's the way you get treated on the phone I don't want to experience it going there.
