TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE FROM MIND FROM FIX XPERT

On 14 August 2015 I paid R1932 to get my compressor for my fridge replaced as I was told that this was the reason my fridge had stopped working. On the same day and with what I assumed was great service, a technician called Mind came and \fixed"my fridge. On 21 August 2015 my fridge stopped working again and I once again called FIX XPERTS to come and fix it given that less than 2 weeks before hand I had paid almost R2000 to get the fridge fixed. Despite my efforts and several calls and messages NOONE has come to my house to fix the fridge. I have been given the run around by Mind who tells me he is coming and never pitches up. Now I cannot get a hold of your office (phone continuously engaged) or Mind. I have food that has spoilt because of your non professionalism. I am so angry I can hardly construct a coherent email. """
