The service I received from The Mattress Warehouse was nothing short of exceptional. In fact, my husband and I (who also work in the service industry) commented that it was hugely impressive, and noticeable, that The Mattress Warehouse sells service above mattresses and beds, and that is incredible. You just don’t get service like this anymore, and I want to thank Christa, Vanessa, Victor and Mbo for being the exception. Brilliant and highly recommended.
Oh Wow, Now that I see all the 1* reviews, I wish I'd never even bothered to purchase from a Sleepmasters. In other words, writing my disappointing review will do absolutely nothing to change Sleepmasters well-defined lack of customer service energy. Clearly this company is just selling so many beds and substitute beds left, right and centre, that they needn't do a thing to better their reputation. How disappointing... or as I now understand it to be... how typical!

I'm sharing this here, because I have had zero communication from Consol after sending the below email to them. A year ago, I bought four cereal containers from your Cornubia store, for the b&b we were opening. We use them to hold guests cereals for breakfasts. They have been working fine, but literally in the last week, two of them broke as they were placed side by side. Upon inspection I saw that the glass is extremely thin, and I am so disappointed that I have to get rid of all of the bottles, including their contents. I really expected these bottles to last, and not have to be replaced after just one year. And it’s not like they were used every day, only about 2 weekends a month. I really loved the aesthetic, which worked well with the farm-style feel of our b&b. It would be my suggestion to discontinue this range. I would hate to have not noticed, and a guest to have poured glass out into their breakfast bowl. I would hope to be reimbursed or given a discount to replace the ones I spent money on!
