The most unprofessional estate agent
Unfortunately, our viewing experience with this estate agent was disappointing and unprofessional from the start. Upon arrival, we were met face-to-face by the agent, Dirk, who immediately began discussing the situation around the property without giving us an opportunity to first view the home or ask questions. Before we had even seen the property, he informed us that there were already three other interested parties offering the full asking price. This created the impression that the viewing was largely procedural and that we were not being seriously considered as potential buyers. During the viewing, the agent made several remarks that we found unnecessary and uncomfortable. At one point, he referred to us in a manner that imp**** we were “aggressive,” despite our conduct being calm, respectful, and reserved throughout the interaction. Overall, the experience left us feeling unwelcome and uncomfortable. The agent’s approach did not meet the level of professionalism we would expect during a property viewing and ultimately discouraged us from pursuing the property further. I share this feedback in the hope that it will be taken constructively and that future viewings are handled with greater professionalism and consideration.

WORSE COMPANY TO WORK
This is by the far the worst company I have have worked for and the experience working here was just appalling! The CEO underpays her staff and treats them poorly on a regular basis with her demands just to make a quick buck! The most insulting and stingy CEO I've ever worked for! robbing people of their money! It's the most unprofessional environment I've ever worked for - as long as she harasses people for money and makes a quick buck out of it she's happy and doesn't reward her staff. This company will try and **** you after you've left by forwarding you an invoice when you haven't even done training - they'll take advantage of you and try and threaten you with invoices claiming you owe them money 4x your salary just to see if you'll fall for their tricks! I hope and pray they get audited. Would not recommend working here at all - OVERWORKED & UNDERPAYING - advantage taking - threatening and terrible environment.
