I purchased a sale from Game R250 supposed to be a smart scale when you connected it to your smartphone. Except even after installing the app it never connects. I tested with 3 different phones. So I emailed them a few weeks ago, but they must really be busy because I have never received a response.
I got a Spinning bike as a preset I have been using as is for a month now. I just wanted to get started. I could not get the Bluetooth computer to connect to any phone. I went to the website and could not even find the equipment that I have on the site. There is no FAQ about troubleshooting the Bluetooth problem. I sent them an email a few days after I got the bike but never got a response weeks later. Today I call the help center. The gentleman could not help me. All he could do was log the call so that someone can call me back. I have no idea why he asked me to take a photo of the equipment it's not like they don't know what it should look like. Then he asked for my physical address, I have no idea why but I refused to give it to him. Repeatedly asked me where I got the bike after informing him it was a gift. 1. No response to an email 2. Staff not trained in solving the problem or even trying to. 3. Website is not up to date with the latest equipment. After-sales support is nonexistent.
