very unpleasant experience with device doctor. my iPhone had to be sent to their repair centre in JHB 3 times over a month for the same problem (well before the unrest in KZN) which still persists. today it went in for the fourth time. the admin is helpful, specifically Nkele. Unfortunately as the appointed repair centre they have to do a damage report for the fourth time since they started the work. If had a choice i would have requested another service provider. my phone came back with issues that were not present before going in for repairs. extremely frustrating and sub par customer service.
NONHLANHLA - This Superwoman took 2 working days to process my claim, as she promised. once my claim was approved I was also paid out in the time that she said it would be paid out. Her customer service is great, She was always ready to answer questions and overall I wold go as far as saying - I can't handle bad customer service. Nonhlanhla - you are awesome and a great asset to the Pineapple family!
