FIGURES MODELS SA FAILS

Unbelievably unethical conduct. Due to personal and financial circumstances, my daughter and I are not able to go on the MSC cruise that was paid for in FULL in 2019 and then cancelled by Figures for Covid Reasons. NOW 2 YEARS LATER my daughter is no longer modelling, life has moved on. They are refusing to refund us and basically forcing us to pay MORE money for a trip that my daughter do not want to go on with no regard for any reason, financial or otherwise. MSC allows cancellations and reschedules, but Figures SA BLUNTLY refuse to consider accommodating its members.#EpicFail#Unethicalconduct.
