They also manufacture to keep stock on hand and deliver within a very reasonable time. Communication is excellent, and Jens is so polite!
In a sea of dismal service from cellular service providers, I feel obliged to give good rating where credit is due. To Gregory Muthen from MTN Online Shop, thank you for efficient, to the point, and patient service rendered. I spoke to some other personnel on the same number, and I can not say the same for them. To MTN, you have an outstanding employee in Gregory. Perhaps you could utilize him to teach others to execute service with the same efficiency and willingness to help. Best Regards...
<p>I placed and order with Actiongear from actiongear for some articles. Each article status was in stock, and promises to dispatch the very same day. I have received most of the order in dribs and drabs, but an expensive memory card, which still shows as in stock and ready to dispatch the same day, has not been sent 10 days after the order was placed and paid. For three days I have been emailing them, with no response. This company falsely advertises they have stock just to get the sale, then simply stops communicating when customers are not satisfied with their lies and lack of commitment towards their obligations. Buyers beware...</p>

On 27 October I ordered (Order: SIN15101057882815) a headset: SkullCandy Fix 2.0. Cape Union Mart delivered SkullCandy Fix 1.0. On 01 November I requested a return online (RMA: 100000088). To date, I've not heard anything further from you. I do not know what to do further??? Am I expected to pay to courier the incorrect item back to you, or are you supposed to send a courier to collect it from me? Will I be refunded, or will you provide me with the correct headset I ordered? What about the inconvenience factor here? I've been without a headset for more than a month, without any proper feedback? This will be my last purchase from Cape Union Mart.
