<div>Personal Review of incompleted house painting job. Our house was to be painted by Maintenance Men (of Howick) A 1st coat was applied, but some places by the apex near the roof were initially left unpainted. We were told that more paint was obtained, but that it was a different shade! Dean then told us in writing, I quote “The shop gave me the wrong colour and they won’t change it, it is not my problem it’s your problem” The places that were initially left unpainted than got a 1st coat of the different shade. They asked us to supply some white enamel paint when theirs was finished. Preparation was questionable as in some places crack filler was only applied after the 1st coat was applied. We also told him the gutters and barge boards had not been given a 2nd coat and the down pipes had not been painted properly. The top of some walls also had not been painted. The painting job was done carelessly and unprofessionally. Paint has been spilled/splashed in various places which still has not been cleaned up. It appears masking tape was not used to mask off places that should have been kept clean of paint. I would not recommend this company for any painting work.</div>
Money taken but NO DELIVERY of the goods. No response to emails etc. STAY AWAY FORM THESE ABSOLUTE ****MERS.
Had a very bad experience with this panelbeater. The hail damage repair I was told, would take a week, but it ended up taking 2 weeks. The vehicle was collected after 2 weeks on a Friday afternoon. The repair was satisfactory. However, upon driving out, I kept on getting a dash message that the back door was open when clearly it was not. When trying to arm the alarm it would hoot to indicate an open door. I was asked to bring it back on the Saturday morning. On Saturday morning, they found a connector had been damaged during re-assembly. They said a new part would have to be ordered. I have still to this day not been contacted about this part. In the meantime, the connector problem was sorted out by someone else. So needless to say, I will never take any vehicle there again.
Nedbanks new banking app is worse than the old app. It takes WAY longer to load. There is all sorts of stuff on the screen which I would rather not see (clutter and useless information) There doesn't seem to be a Print option to print out the completed transaction, like there is on the old app. I was told I cannot go back to the old app.!!! Nedbank have also just closed my closest branch which means I have to travel further and the queues are much longer as they have to try to deal with more customers from the closed branch which is now wasting much more time. In my opinion Nedbank has gone backwards and service is now worse!
