Logical Debt Solutions - THIEVES
This is a complaint against Logical Debt Solutions NCRDC2494. In January 2019 I applied for a Consolidation Loan and was pushed to take the debt review option. I was not in the correct state of mind at that time as my now ex husband had cleaned out my house in entirety, and I was completely lost and confused. Not one of the payments were able to go off my account as I started to see that I was in dire straits, My House was empty I had to house, feed, clothe and school my two children on a single salary and try to buy beds and curtains for the house. I have on numerous occasions requested that my debt review be withdrawn, only to finally get an email 25/11/2019 from info@logicaldebtsolutions.co.za that they would only withdraw me from debt review once I paid R2 558.75. I can barely survive the month with my salary being spent on the basic survival necessities Rent, Food, Schooling, Electricity and water, Petrol. Logical Debt Solutions are thieves and trying to extort money out of me that I do not have. I have my lease renewal coming up and now my Credit Record reflects Debt Councilling, this means i will not have my rent renewed, and will have great difficulty in finding a new place. I demand that Logical Debt Solutions credited all fees and my name removed from the debt counselling record with immediate effect. Logical Debt Solutions, You will be the cause that Myself and My children do not have a home!!!!! Disgraceful

ABSA BANK DEBIT am under debt re
I am under debt review with debt rescue, not because I am an irresponsible adult, or because I I don’t have respect for the truth honesty or the law. 3 days before Christmas 2017 I walked into an empty house where my now ex husband had taken everything in our house and left me.. I was left alone, I have two little children 10 and 9, I resorted to going under debt review with debt rescue because I a single mom of two now had to survive look after my kids and by cheap second hand furniture for cash... not in credit but for cash... I then alone have to foot all the bills on my own... Absa even though I am under debt review and have been paying a few months of about R2500 to hyphen/debt rescue absa bank debited my savings for my credit card payment eith absa without my authorization !!even though I paying and under debt rescue 2018-07-27 CC TRF ********** ********** ********** 38 1,878.58 I cannot now buy food to feed a 10 year old and 9 year old because absa took my money out of my savings account even though I am paying to be under debt review... I need to feed my children , I was responsible I didn’t run away I chose to humble myself and resort to debt review to ensure I pay what I owe... it’s hard enough to walk into a house that a “Husband” now divorced has taken everything... it’s Hard enough to have to refurnish a house being singled mom with cheap items to try protect Innocent children.. it’s hard.. but I a single mom stood Up and do everything possible even not avoid paying what I owe, but admitting defeat and Saying I know I owe I am will to go under debt review and pay Every month until my dues have been paid... However I now cannot feed my children this month. I expect absa to reverse the Journal debit that they took without my permission, and put it back into my savings account number: ********** 520 that they took away from feeding a 10 and 9 year old immediately as I need to feed my children and I doing everything right by applying for debt review and paying for de t review which is for a single mom hard and degrading just as having to start again and give my children less but my best.. Refund R 1,878.58 urgently into my savings account that was debit without my permission! Children do not deserve this , nor do I who has been degraded and left with nothing , yet as a responsible adult and mother I did the right thiyo went on debt review wanting and will to pay.. this is unfair wrong and I am furious. I want my money returned ( taken without my permission while I am under debt review) Unacceptable Absa bank! Disgraceful !!!
