Last year March my dad passed away and I advised absa that he has passed on so they must put a stop<br> on his account so no one can touch it and they did not bother and someone took his card and withdrew all the<br> money almost everyday they withdrew R2000 and ABSA DID nothing to stop that. I advised them the person who<br> had the card and they said they would get in contact with them. They eventually sent me a letter to say they no longer dealing with it and I must deal with it...THIS JUST AFTER MY DAD DIES.<br> I went through to the banking adjudicator to complain and they said I must send a mail to [Email Removed]<br> as I need a ref number before I can do anything and till now they have not bothered getting back to me I have<br> sent numerous chasers and still nothing...I AM DISGUSTED THAT THIS IS HOW ABSA HANDLES THEIR CLIENT WITH NO REGARD WHATSOEVER.. THEY ARE A DISPICABLE BANK AND ONLY HAVE THEIR OWN INTERESTS IN MIND...I dont have wordds to describe how shocked I am at the service they offer.<br> MY DADS DETAILS WV NAUDE ID NUMBER 4212315134087. I am disgusted in the service from Metroweb, The emails are constantly down and when you try and phone<br> to find out what is going on they keep you on hold with no answer for 30 min then cut the call off and it keeps<br> happening. They are the worst service providers ever. We cant work like this and run a professional business with a very unprofessional service provider. I think the service they think they provide is pathetic<br>
