I have been with home connect for a couple of years now. In the last two days trying to get hold of them to log a problem, no luck, sending mails, no responses, phone line down. No dedicated support line. They have an app that you can log a ticket. No responses. Nice when their service is working. Not nice when it is down. Will definitely change my ISP. If I cannot get hold of you - You do not deserve my business.
Not a very helpful bunch. Do not reply on mails, do not answer phones and when you eventually get through to them - Cobus in particular maybe he had a very bad day but there was no friendliness, very grumpy attitude. Not the type of business you want to deal with. I would stay very far away from them.
