Mweb Fibrre is the worst service industry in the country.I have being having endless issues with them for the last 6 months.Currently i am down for 2 weeks.They will blame Vodacom whose lines they seem to be using.They should be investigated for the bad service they are providing.Its noy fair to people in these COVID times when we are reliant on the internet for everything we do.
I am totally disappointed with the service of MWEB with service to Fibre customers.My internet has being down for 10 days now.At this day & age when we work from home & kids schooling is done from home is not acceptable.MWEB has an alliance with Vodacom over fibre lines & this is causing a problem for customers.To get hold of MWEB call centre i a mission with a 40 minute wait & cost of airtime.They promised a technician will come over on Thursday between 1 & 2 pm from Vodacom to sortout problem with line.Its now Saturday & no one has come over to sortout as yet.I advise people avoid MWEB they are not a service driven company.
I wanted to upgrade from LTE to Fibre on the 27 November 2020.Today is the 21 December & my installation is still not complete.Mweb & Vodacom seem to be the most incompatible partnership for this project.The customer is the loser here.At a time when we work from home this has being a total disaster.Please MWEB sort yourselves out & provide an acceptable service.
The North Beach Run in Durban on the 23rd of November was totally shambolic.The race was delayed by 30min.The officials were rude to the runnners who unknowingly started earlier.Calling us cheats & refusing us to claim our vitality points.Please find alternate PARK RUNS in the area.The lead volunteer is a very arrogant person who fails to realize the sacrifices we make to get to the race & commitments after that.
