I sent my Kirby for repairs based on reviews and Facebook comments. All went well until it came to returning my machine for which I had paid servicing and courier costs. Suddenly, delays in sending it back and then in spite of a promise that it had been collected by the Courier Guys, the phone is not answered and my Kirby and Money have gone! Was dealing with Taqwiem who came across very polite and efficient.

Lancet have a nasty habit of threatening ITC action on outstanding accounts even when they fail to send statements or notifications to clients. They claim to rely on our medical aid to notify us of short payments, when the liability clearly falls under their administration to advise clients. They wake up to the short payments 5 months after the service is provided and then they get shirty and threaten action which they have no hope of winning. Avoid if you have the option.
Over the past month, Medscheme/Bonitas have been unable or unwilling to check their accounts before suspending or threatening to suspend benefits. In spite of paying every month, this past month I have been advised that the November contribution was missing - then found, and then yesterday the payments for September and October cant be found. This is in spite of receiving a mail on the 17th to confirm that all contributions are up-to-date and that my account is current.
In spite of providing the details of every payment since August, Nthabiseng finds it easier to ask me to get the proof of payments for the 'missing' payments than to look for them on their side. This is a growing problem in service companies that think their time is more important than their clients and that putting the onus on clients to prove their payments is simpler than doing their job in the first place. No, it is enough and if companies cannot find staff with the barest amount of initiative, they deserve to go out of business. Pick up the phone instead of hiding behind your computer lady!
