I strongly caution prospective customers against using AC Direct. My experience with this reseller has been nothing short of a nightmare. Despite being listed as an authorized reseller on SnoMaster's website, AC Direct has demonstrated an alarming lack of professionalism and accountability. After purchasing a fridge through them, I received no feedback whatsoever. My calls and emails have been completely ignored, leaving me in the dark about the status of my order. When I sought assistance from SnoMaster directly, I was transferred between their offices with excessive delays. While a salesperson eventually promised to investigate whether AC Direct had even ordered my unit, I have yet to receive any follow-up or resolution. This complete disregard for customer service is unacceptable. AC Direct's failure to fulfill their obligations reflects poorly on both their business and SnoMaster's choice to associate with them. I urge potential customers to think twice before placing an order with AC Direct, as their lack of communication and reliability makes them an ************* option.
It is utterly unacceptable that SnoMaster directs customers to resellers who fail to fulfill their orders. Partnering with such unreliable resellers is not only shocking but raises serious concerns about the brand’s reputation and standards. I purchased a fridge through AC Direct, a reseller prominently listed on SnoMaster’s website, and have received absolutely no feedback. My calls and emails to AC Direct have gone completely unanswered. When I contacted SnoMaster's Cape Town office, I was transferred to the Johannesburg office after an unreasonably long wait. The salesperson there assured me they would confirm whether my unit was ordered by AC Direct, yet no follow-up or response has been provided. This level of disregard for customer service and accountability is appalling. SnoMaster must take immediate action to address this issue, ensure proper vetting of their resellers, and restore confidence in their brand.
We booked airline tickets from Johannesburg to Munich, with both the departure date and return date being as per our personal needs which had to be stuck to. The tickets were paid for. The tickerts were with SAA (booked via GoToGate). A couple of day later we were informed that the departure was moved by the airline company. Upon following up with SAA we were informed that GoToGate simply accepted the change in dates, even though we logged a dispute with GoToGate within the five day window period. This is absolutely unacceptable, trying to follow this up with GoToGate, but we have still not received a response from them. To all those wishing to travel, I would not recommend you use GoToGate to make your bookings!!!
