Excellent Optometrist and person
I have been a patient of Mark Wienand Optometrists for over 20 years and have consistently received exceptional service. Mark is not only a skilled and knowledgeable optometrist but also a genuinely nice and polite individual. ADT add fire service to my account without my consent
ATD added a fire service to my account without discussing it with me and I received no communication about it from ADT except for a SMS I almost missed. I don't know anything about the fire service they add to my account . I received an SMS to opt-out if I don't want the service. Dear valued customer from 1 August 2023 Fidelity ADT will be adding a monthly SecureFire fee of R35 including VAT per month to assist you in the event of a fire. CV Profs
I paid CVProfs to compile my CV, but the CV they sent me is very inaccurate and of very low quality. I requested my money back, but I was just ignored. I am very unhappy with their service.

Bad service at Sanlam
Sanlam is suppose to pay me a large some of money from my investment but they are unable to pay me due to a technical problem. The call center agents are unable to help me and there is not managers available to help me. I logged an complained but I get no feedback from them. I am incurring great losses due to Sanlam's bad service but they are not willing to help me.
