VERY disappointed
I am incredibly disappointed in Andries. He installed a simple cat flap for me and I paid him in full for the "job", but he installed it backwards. I contacted him to come and fix it and he has still to this moment kept promising to come but never pitches up. I organise my schedule to accommodate him, but he just doesn't arrive and also doesn't even contact me to say he won't make it. He hasn't replied to my phone calls or messages now. Once again, I paid for his services in full and now I am literally sitting here with a half job and a cat flap that only locks from the outside.
